Tyler Page, CPA, spent the first 7 years of his professional career with Deloitte & Touche culminating with his position as Audit Manager with expertise and focus on clients in the manufacturing and consumer products industries.
In 2003, he joined Vivendi Universal as a Manager of Financial Reporting.
In 2004, he was recruited by Monrovia Nursery Company ("Monrovia") to become their Finance Manager. While at Monrovia, Tyler was able to effectively blend his professional expertise with his personal interest in gardening by managing the finances of the nation's largest nursery grower. After one year with Monrovia, Tyler was promoted to the head of the Finance department, which included responsibilities for all Information Technology functions, and was later named Chief Financial Officer. Highlights of his very successful career at Monrovia included refinancing of the Company's large and complex line of credit with multiple lending institutions in June 2009, implementation of standard financial processes and controls, improved reporting processes and the implementation of enterprise software.
Tyler serves on trade and other professional groups and committees, including positions as a board member of the Nursery Growers Association and as an audit committee member for Ability First.
