Cody Tillack, EVP, Director of Strategic Development

Cody Tillack joined the Northern California Flood Division of LERETA Corp. in January, 1992. His participation in developing LERETA's automated flood databases and his success in driving that process led to his promotion and relocation to Southern California.

As a result of his highly successful application of advance technology and his emphasis on innovation, in 1996 Cody was promoted to Vice President of Hazard Support Systems, and in 1999 he was promoted to Director of National Tax Operations.

In 2005, Cody became Chief Operating Officer for LandAmerica Tax and Flood and successfully led the company from 2005 to 2009, including all Tax and Flood Operations, IT Operations and Product Development. Cody focuses his teams on providing the highest quality service in the Tax and Flood Services industry through innovative systems and automation.

Cody holds an Associates' Degree in Small Business Management from BYU Idaho, a Certificate in Leadership from the Peter F. Ducker Graduate School of Management's EMBA program, and Certification in ArcView and ArcCAD GIS software.
