Richard Yonis, SVP-National Sales Director

Richard Yonis is a seasoned professional with a distinguished track record of leading business expansion and product launches encompassing sales management, marketing, strategic planning, business development and corporate operations management.

In 1995, Rich began his career in the mortgage industry by opening several retail loan origination branch offices for National First Mortgage in Southern California. He developed a team infrastructure including operations, sales, financial, recruiting, training and vendor management.

In 2000, Rich co-founded and operated as its President a private medical records and accounts receivable software company. The company provided electronic medical records software to hospitals, clinics, medical groups and specialty group physicians. Additionally, the company provided outsourced billing and practice management services to medical groups throughout the U.S.

In 2007, Rich became the National Sales Director for Henry Schein Medical Systems, a subsidiary of Henry Schein Incorporated (HSI). HSI is a very large healthcare conglomerate comprised of over 20 companies globally. Rich was called upon to unite the company’s previously segregated and disjointed sales operations. Rich successfully completed the combination, resulting in a highly efficient and effective sales team.

As LERETA’s National Sales Director, Rich will be actively involved in building and mentoring its sales team and vast external network of resellers and is excited to continue the company’s long history of providing unparalleled professional real estate information and services to its growing portfolio of valued customers and prospective customers.
